General Meeting

General Meeting 4 April
2:30 at the Palmer Hall

This month’s speaker will be Johanna Tordoff who is a member of the Cirencester and District Beekeepers

Johanna will be speaking about the Amazing Honey Bee and why it is a great pollinator and
will explain about bees, beekeeping and pollination. Jo has been interested in bees and
beekeeping ever since she watched her father keep bees in the fields around Cirencester. She
continued the family tradition and began beekeeping herself in 2018 and now manages five
colonies in her home apiary.
She holds the British Beekeeping Association’s Basic Beekeepers Certificate and the
Intermediate Theory Certificate in Beekeeping.
